Refunds & Returns Policy

 

Our Products

All of our items are made to order using a print-on-demand service. This means each item is produced especially for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We will happily offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Different from what you ordered

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


Size & Colour Disclaimer

Please check size charts carefully before ordering.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that do not fit or for minor colour variations (colours may appear slightly different on screens).


Lost Orders

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund after verification with the courier.


Cancellations

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
